for a bit sure, they start off smaller than adult leos, but as it grows you will need a least a 20 gallon long, preferably a little bigger

Beardies grow a lot faster than leos. I would get a bigger tank, because is a few weeks the tank will be too small. Remember that beardies have a totally different life style...they're very active during the day, want to run, etc etc. So my advise: bigger is better!

Depending on how young and small the baby is, the 10 gallon if you have one already is fine. For baby's its recommended that the space is not too big as they will have trouble finding their food.

But you will need to get a bigger tank very soon. Minimum for adult most say is 40 gallons (50 - 60 would be ideal). All of mine are in 75-100 gallon enclosures. When getting a new tank its better to get the biggest one you can to start with. It's cheaper to buy a bigger tank (and section it off if need be) rather then buying a 20 gallon, then 30 gallon, then 40 gallon as the dragon gets bigger.
