So, I am going to be calling around for rep vets as soon as I get paid (in a week) but I wanted to get some insight before then. I have not done the "take a stool to the vet) bit though I see it suggested in a few places.
Anyways, The gecko has seemed to stop eating. Her stools have gotten much smaller and seem to be a few little squirts. They are less solid and absorb into the paper towel a little. When I first got her they were stiff and did not really absorb. She has tiny mealworms and crickets available but doesn't eat either. The last time I saw her out she was looking more grey like she was about to molt. Do they stop eating during this time? She still had some tail fat, so she's not starving to death yet. She doesn't have the big juicy tails that I've seen some others on this page. She is only about 4 or 5 months old.
