So is the only way to treat MBD is with calcium supplements? I just feel so bad that his legs are messed up and I wish I could do something to fix it. Would casting or splinting be an option? Any ideas, let me know. Thanks.

Calcium. Liquid calcium if you have it. There really isn't much you can do about the deformity except to try and get the bone density back where it should be. Try not to worry so much about the physical appearance as much as getting the blood and bone calcium levels up.

The vet gave me liquid calcium to give him. Once a day. Should I do it twice a day? His arms seem to be a little worse than they were. He is fine, doesn't seem to be bothering him. It just bothers me. I feel bad that he can't climb on many things. Phoenix worms have a lot of calcium? Any idea where to get them from? Is there like an online store or something?
