Mealworm Beetles

I have about 50 mealworm beetles in a tuperware container and the substrait is wheat bran. How many beetles should I keep together at once. Any help would be great.

Also How soon do you guys start your babies on Superworms. The reason I ask is I have a 4 month old baby that already weights 35gs and eating large superworms already.
