Mealworm Dish

I'm looking to get a better mealworm dish for gecko and I think I'm gonna go with the 3.5 petri dish from progeckos. But the height is only 1/2"". The description says it's good for feeding mealies but I'm not sure if they will stay in. Any suggestions?

I don't think they'd stay in there.. I don't use mealies as a staple, but when I did try with a dish, it was about the same height and they just wiggled right out. Now if I feedworms I use a long red spoon that I've dubbed the feeding spoon T

There are some dishes made with a really wide brim on the top to keep the little nasties inside.

i use a plastic petri dish and havn't had any problems that I know of.. unless they get out and my leo catches them on time. They sure won't work for Supers though. A super stowed away in my order of mealies and I wanted to see it my leo would eat it in less then a sec. the super was out and about.

I personally use the pro geckos petri dish. And none of my mealies escaped from the bowl.
