Mealworm questions

So I've been reading up on mealworms, and I have a couple of questions. How long should you keep mealworms available in the bowl if they are there 24/7, so long as you switch them out for gutloading? How long does it take for mealworms to turn into pupae? I've read that after taking them from the refrigerator, they should be heated, to what temperature? Generally, how many mealworms do you keep available to the gecko? And if the worms have been in the enclosure for a while, do you take them out to refrigerate them? Also, how many mealworms does one leo generally go through in a week? Do you need to provide anything for them when you put them into the refrigerator or is just putting them in a plastic container good enough?

I leave mine in for 2 days and then switch them for fresh ones. I normaly dont feed strate from the frig and when i do i dont warm them up or anything i just sift them from the bedding. I dont refrigurate a 2nd time, they go to the pupula box. As for keeping available it depends on how old your gecko is? My adults i usually leave 20 to 30, babys 5, and so on. As for pupulating i never kept track, just google "how to raise mealworms".
Hope this helps
