Mealworms in bulk

I want to know where do you guys buy your mealworms. I need the websites so i could order some for my geckos.

It depends on what you order. If I order mealworms, I keep them in a small plastic container with food and some fruit for moisture. If you order too many of them, keep half in the fridge and half in the container.

Sunshine Mealworms has always been good to us! We live in Orlando, FL, and we thought that they were located here somewhere close by because they've always gotten the shipments here the fastest! (In fact, they're not though. They're actually out of Ohio!) But when you say "bulk"... "bulk" for us means 20,000 mealworms every 2 weeks!; they do however ship starting at 1,000. Good Luck!; and have fun seperating your first batch of bulk mealies!!!! :)

Also, we keep our mealies in the fridge. Simple as that. We go through them so quickly that we really don't let them stay out too long because they turn into pupae and what not...

Right now i have 4 geckos, so i think i will keep buying from the petshop untill i get more geckos to feed. Thanks anyways!

Just a thought-from Grubco you can get 1000 mealies for $6 plus shipping, so it's like $12-18 total. Now mealies at my petsmart are $5 for 50 and with 4 geckos those would be gone pretty fast. That's what changed my mind and got me to start ordering them from her. That 1000 lasts a long time and saves me a ton of money over time. You can bulk store quite easily too. I put mine in a bin with some progutload and some fruit since I'm working on my colony, but you can always stick half in the fridge. When you look at the dollars it just makes sense.

I usually get mine the day after they were shipped from Grubco.
