Mealworms pooped out intact

I recently got my leopard gecko and she pooped out her mealworms intact.
I would really like to know whats going on.

are you sure it was pooh and not vomit? did you see it come out?

I've never heard of a mealworm or any other feeder being pooped whole. Im sure it regurgitated it. This usually happens when they are over fed. Reduce the feeding by about half and observe what happens. Then increase feedings gradually over the course of 2 weeks or so. How old is your leo and how much did you feed it?
