So, last night I was cleaning tubs and I put our male Eros in a tub that I had females in before him for cleaning their tubs. So, he was in there and started doing the male thing with his tail (rattling it really fast at the tip). So, I put him back and did our other males tub. I put the other male BB into the tub Eros was in. I took him out and put him back in his clean tub. He stuck his nose onto the paper towel and started licking it and rattling his tail....strange males. lol.
Today, I was putting away our new geckos and I heard a gecko making the clicking noise they make...it was coming from Eros's tub. So I looked in the tub and he was licking himself...geez...men! :main_laugh: He was making noises too! lol
So, what could this mean? Do they smell ovulating females? I'm not sure if we have any females ovulating. Or do they know breeding season is here?
