Metzcal program questions

I know this is relatively OT, but seeing as I'm gonna use it for my leos, then it makes it on topic

I'm having a problem getting the updated FAQ imported - seems my download from the site is funky.

Also, I can't get the care sheets and other files to import right from the Tools/File Library thingy. I'm doing everthing the beginners tut says and it isn't working

I had some of the same problems, that is why I gave up on it, right now I am just going the pen and paper route with my records, but eventually when I find a really nice program thats easy to use I think I am going to go with it.
