Hello

I live in Miami . I keep a 125 gallon planted tetra fish tank and green treefrogs in the backyard enclosed planted patio often visited by tiny house geckos that squueze through 1/2 inch front mesh.
We have large non native geckos in area to which I find neat though granted not PC to say that.
I asked several questions in this forum and fantastic advice was given .

Welcome!

I'd love to see pics of the tank and a species list... Are you familiar with Takashi Amano? It's a dream of mine to have a planted tank in his style... Someday...

I get TFH-- Aquarium fish mag so sure I know Amano lol. A friend has the reddish Amano shrimps .

I wonder how long he has his tanks set up for as many are set up for the article, pics and you know its long term that counts.

I like Rhondas articles (natural aquariums) a lot she has long term pics tanks set up for years.

The type of tapwater makes all the difference in the world. I was able to grow close to anything with very little algae if any in NY now its not as easy and just ordered a DI unit to remove phosphates, etc that I will drip from sink in extra bathroom.
I use PC lighting no CO2 as grow Vals-corkscrew and high vals and cabomba all fast easy plants .
