Here are the first 4 pictures of the Gutted fridge. I used a dremel tool to cut out the square in the front and left a lip on the insulation to glue down a scrap piece of plexi from building my vivariums. I also cut the door down so I just had the lip left to secure the door gasket back down. This got the door shelving out of the way so I can put at least 12 deli cups inside maybe more. I am also going to replace the wire rack shelf with a piece of plexi and maybe add a shelf on the bottom level so I can fit more. I am more than likely going to use flexwatt heat tape on the top of the fridge for heating and put a 12v computer fan on the bottom side to circulate and even out the heating inside.

Done! All I need is a thermostat and this will be ready to go! Should hold 12 Deli cups. If I use the GEO that is enough room for 96 eggs! Granted I don't have 1 but I will have plenty of room when needed lol. This is a very easy way to make a nice incubator! I wasn't using this fridge and had left over plexi from my vivarium build and also left over flex watt. So in doing this project today I was out no money! Now the Thermostat will be a different story. I will be getting a Herpstat I so $100 roughly will be spent on this! I might get the Herpstat II and make another one though so I can temp sex for both at the same time!

I am going to put thin flat Tupperware container full of water across the bottom to help evenly distribute the heat! Without the thermostat it is hard to tell by there is like a 6 degree difference from top to bottom with it running for 30 minutes. I think with a water medium in there it will help out alot!
