anybody of any ideas on how to convert a mini fridge into an incubator? Is it possible?

i was thinking about putting an aquarium heater inside a bottle full of water inside the mini fridge. do you guys think this could work?

how much heat tape for a mini fridge approx 1' x 1.5', also do you have recommendations on how to run the power cord for the heat tape out of the fridge?
