Finally got him to start eating more veggies by mixing it in with dog food. Before I was just using dubia and snails. This worked well and he must like it.

Beautiful! I also used dog and cat food to break my skink into veggies when I first took him in (past owners only fed cat food), but now he gobbles up veggies like a pro.

The breeder told me that she uses the dog food once a week. Should work out well because he was eating a ton of dubias and snails before and still acted hungry afterwards. This should give him a nice variety. I bought five different cans of high quality dog food (like wellness, blue buffalo, etc). I'll mix in whatever my veggies are for the week that I'm feeding the chuckwallas and tortoise.

I use high quality dog food as well for getting my skink to eat veggies. He is beautiful!
