LOL so i was just watching this show called "Snake Wranglers" and apparently they should only work with snakes because this guy caught an Doria's Angle Head Lizard and they called it a Baskilisk. If the show comes on again i'll get a video or pic!

Oh I hate when that happens... I see it far too often. Maybe it's because I've always been an animal nut, but if someone calls an animal the wrong species name I get quite annoyed. =_=

I know, it annoys me so much, I just wanna go up to them and be like "you know thats not a (whatever animal it happened to be)". I was like "why don't i get a tv show, i'm way younger than those "snake wranglers" and apparently know more", haha. And actually on the same show (different episode), they were talking about boas and showing different clips of boas, and then a clip of a copperhead came on while they were still talking about boas!

Oh man that's the worst! Why don't they hire and expert to fact check everything? The wrong people appear to have authority and it leads to a lot of misinformation...

Yeah it really does. I dont think they should be dealing with venomous snakes if they cant tell reptile species apart
