Missing Scales?

It seems that my bearded dragon has a largish patch on her face of where I think she's missing a bunch of scales. Should I be worried about this?

The scales around the area don't look very good either, a they're little yellowish...
When I find my camera, I'll post pictures up of the area on her face.
