I use a 1 gallon pesticide bottle to spray my babies paper towels under thier hides, to spray nest boxes, fill & clean out water bowls, & spary down tubs for cleaning. Due to my limited room I have racks stacked on top of each other to as high as just over 8.5'. While spraying the higher tubs I've always had to balance the spray bottel on my knee while I spray the tub, often having the bottle lose its balance and fall to the ground. Its been a bother to me for sometime and recently thought to see if I could purchase tubing from home-depot and use an extension. Sure enough there was 3/8th tubing yet it was slightly thicker than the previous hose & caused some effert to get it on the bottle once tight its held well. Anyways here it is, please excuse the floor which needs moping and the clustered room. I used just over 6' of hose and now able to touch the ceiling with nozel while still having the bottle on the floor.

I just finished feeding and cleaning the tubs, worked like a charm :) I wonder why some thought it wouldn't work? I did wonder if the hose being that long would effect the amount of water which is sprayed yet I saw no difference from before.
