Moist hide -Humid hide? I

Is there a difference between the the two. Moist Vs. Humid? If there is what is it and what works better. i currently have one of those 3 in 1 hides with moss in it on the cool side of the tank.

yes they are the same, however most people will tell you that the gecko will prefer the moist hide on the warm side.

Well you can make a hide moist, but if it is on the cool side, it isn't humid. To create humidity, the moist hide needs to be heated

I keep mine on the cool side. ¿The reason? Heat + Humidity are perfect for mold and bacteria growth. Heat also makes the humidity dissappear sooner and you have to mist more often.

Even on the cool side of my tank the water evaporates and makes some extra humidity, even if it's not a gecko sauna either.

Each gecko owner has their preferences. Both sides work.

I keep mine by the hot side and they seem to like it the best.
