I checked my eggs late last nightand they both had mold on the side. it was greenand kinda stinky. other than that the eggs look big and oval. no collaping at all.

Are they bad? What should i look for?

Moldy eggs usually means they are either not fertile, the medium is too wet, or the embryo has died.

The heatwave spiked my temps really high, and then my incubator went dead over night so the temps droped. So likely dead, but I'm still crossing my fingers.

It wouldn't hurt to leave them in the incubator just in case. If you're worried about the mold spreading, you can use a little athlete's foot powder around the egg.

I've tried that a few times :)

Not sure if these are your only eggs, but if you have any eggs in with these, you should seperate them, so the mold doesn't spread.

Good luck, hope they turn out ok.
