I buy enough supers to last a month @ $17 per 1000 and I have my own mealworm colony so I don't pay for them. I give them crickets once a week, but the guy at the PS gives them to me for only 2 cents a piece.

My feeders run around $50-75/wk, and that's $10/1,000 for crix, $5.50/1,000 for mealworms, and $15/1,000 for supers. I have a lot of geckos to feed this time of year!

I usually spend almost 50 bucks a month on feeders. I buy a veriety. It's worth it to me to spend the extra cash so my geckos are not bored with there food. I spent more this month because I am going to start breeding everything. and I'm trying roaches for the first time so this month I spent around 90 - 100 on feeders. Man when you brake it down that is a lot of money! lol I hope I am able to get everything to breed so I can cut down on all the money I'm spending. I Already breed my own mealworms but I still have to buy a few now and then to keep up. I will be attempting to breed supperworms, waxworms, crickets, and roaches.

Supers are a pain in the butt to breed. I did the whole film canister thing and only got two beetles out of 50. The rest died before pupating. I don't know what I did wrong. They temp is never above 80 degrees in my apartment so it wasn't the heat...

I bought Those little things that people use to separate craft suplies. Kind of like a tackle box. I put a super worm in each section. I checked on my colony and I can see some very very tiny worms. Maybe the film containers are too dark? The things I use are see through so they can some light.

Approximately...
$125-150 / week on insects
$25 / week for vegetables
$50 / month for dog food :)
$400 / year for rodents (that's rapidly decreasing, though, and I used to breed my own)
Then there's gutload for the insects, but I can't recall how long 25lbs lasts...
...And I'm sure that I'm forgetting something

Double cheeseburgers for only a buck at McDonalds are great. ::rolls eyes in insanity::

I actually put some supers in my Barr's Hatchling rack (tiny tubs, 1"x5"x5") since the snakes haven't started hatching yet and have had good results so far. Out of 96 Super worms, 95 made it to beetles. The beetles don't seem to be living for very long though.

I have the following:

2.4.4 Leopard Geckos
0.0.1 Irian Jaya BTS
0.0.1 Tree Frog

I Buy 1000 mealworms and 1000 supers = $45.00
I also buy roughly 200 crickets a month = 10.00
Supplements (calcium, herptivite, etc.) = 10.00
Veggies for BTS = 5.00
Total for the month is roughly = 70.00

I breed all my feeders; since I only have 7 leos to feed, I have very small colonies of mealworms, supers, dubia, discoids, and silkworms. I only need to pay for the feeder's food (dog food, cereal, fruits & veges...etc.), but I sell off the extra silkworms and roaches, so I think I'm break-even on costs.

My wife can handle me having leos and such, but she WILL NOT let me breed mealworms or superworms  . That is one thing she can't stand, BUGS! You should've seen the look on her face when I accidently left the screen off of my crix tank and about 200 ran loose in my house! AAAH!

Ummm....I'm seriously losing count on my leos (I can't believe I'm saying that!). I'm pretty sure I have roughly 25. LOL Nope....I have 23! Plus a BP.

Right now, I spend $30 a month on worms ... so that breaks down to $7.50 a week. Not bad! It helps that I have a mealworm colony going (it's just not large enough for all my geckos yet), and a roach colony.

I do buy gutload for the worms from Cody....but it takes awhile to go through it all. I'm guessing maybe a dollar a week? It's not much...I know that much!

For Bob, he runs me $2.50 (or so) a week.

Taking care of my 2 cats cost way more then it does for my 24 herps!! The trade off is....it takes a lot more time for the herps.

I don't have nearly the amount of geckos as everyone else but I spend around 20 bucks a week or less depending to feed my 6 leo's, 1 beardie, and (new arrivals...) my 3 little musk turtles (though they really don't run me up on costs at all...5 bucks for however long this canister of food will last me...lol).
Buying bulk is just a great thing. Mealies and supers are easy as hell to keep, they don't die off on me all the time, so yeah.

I think I spend on just mealworms abouuuut 80 a month. Not too bad. I rarely get supers, Silkies I used to get...waxies I do get 500 a month so everyone gets 4 of them a month :D lol! that usually takes on another 10 bucks...then there are crickets for the beardeds....

and I don't even WANT to calculate food costs for snakes, probably 300-500 a year! :O

Oh and I have two seperate big mealworm colonies going right now. I only use them for small mealies for my hatchlings. And if i am waiting inbetween shipments of mealies, I will use the adults. Otherwise the bigger ones get to pupate and lay more eggs for me! :)
