MONSTER SIZED SUNGLOW, could it be?

So here's the big boy( i believe its a he but there are weird stuff sticking out of the pores and his bulges arent too obvious, what you think?), his parentage is unknown, he's weighing 113 grams as of now, length about 10" if he's fully straightened out, about 2 years of age or so, not much info given on him just that he was thought to be a "she" all along
