Just a little update on how our babys from this project are doing:
1.) Montanus Ghost Raptor - baby
and now (+30 gr.) . This guys pastel body colours are hard to capture- I'll make some better pics of them soon..
2.) Montanus Ghost banded Raptor - baby
and now (+30 gr.).
3.) Paradox Ghost Raptor - Father of the above animals.
He also shows a very small eye pattern, which was really hard to capture on the pics- sorry for that :main_robin:.
But if you look carefully you will notice that the spot is not collective tissue of the eye, but still a part of the eyeball. This should proove the eye pattern to be at least inheritable in some way, as the father was obviously able to genetically pass his trait to his 2 sons. Time will tell us what's really behind
.
At least it never gets boring with these guys- I'm devinitely looking forward for the next generation to come :main_thumbsup:.
Will throw in a W&Y het. Raptor female with Montanus Background for 2013 - and see what happens :main_laugh:
