More show questions

We are getting excited about the show coming up this weekend! I have a few questions.

We do EVERYTHING legit and claim all income. So, we also have to pay Florida sales tax. How should I handle this? I know most sellers are cash only and don't pay tax or charge it. Do you think I should include it into my prices or tack it on in the end?

Also, what are your feelings about excepting personal checks?

I don't charge sales tax at shows, but I have to pay it by June 30th every year! You can certainly charge the tax at shows, or incorporate it into your prices. I don't take personal checks at shows unless it's a repeat customer or someone I know... but always find out the location for the nearest ATM.

I think I will include tax in my prices. I created a spreadsheet to help me back out the tax after the fact.

Now I have to figure out how I'm going to setup my displays. I will not have enough room to display all my animals. I taking about 50-60 leos, 10 crested, 4 dragons, and maybe 5 redtail boas.
