Alright, I know I've been asking a lot...
So after cleaning my breeder tub, and my small nymph tubs yesterday(mold problem) I'm now worried their isn't enough humidity...How do I keep humidity up in a 0 humidity environment(darn you Alaska) Without getting mold?
I've got like 40-50 egg cases in a separate container(took them out when I cleaned the breeder tub) on the heating blanket with a moist paper towel in one corner. Is their a way to incubate them? OR should I put them in the small nymph tub and hope they hatch? It's been a couple weeks and no babies..I cracked one open to see what was inside(nightmare moment, saw hundreds of babies popping out at me...ha ha) their was yellow goop inside...was like..eww and thew it away ha ha. Most of the egg cases are perfectly formed...
My temps are pretty warm, it was like 98 or 100 on the tub floor, so air temps must be 80-90...Cool side was like 80 on the floor.
So how do I make sure things stay humid enough? I ran out of gel crystals, is their a place to buy them cheap for bulk? It's like 8 dollars for a tiny can at the pet store....
