I was just curious what kind of crested (morph) this is? It is amazing how much they change from hatchling to juvie to adult. She looked nothing like this when I got her.

Thanks, I took those pics while cleaning her enclosure yesterday afternoon, when I checked on her last night she was shedding. I was wondering why she was firing up as dark as usual, lol.

I ABSOLUTELY SUCK at recognizing morphs OF ANY gecko, but I am going to toss MY guess out there and I'm going to say she's a harley.
She looks to have more coloring on her than a flame, so I'm going to guess "harlequin".

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable comes along and can tell you for sure.
Here's the guide I used to guess the morph of your crestie:

As I said, I could be wrong, but your crestie looks to have more pattern than a flame.
But she could possibly still be considered a flame.

I don't know.

Thanks for the link Chewbecca, I found it to be very helpful. I think she is a red and cream harly, she also has dalmation spots and portholes. Wow, I never even heard of portholes til now.

I say Flame because just because the gecko doesn't have much pattern on it's limbs. You could actually go either way with this gecko so I might say it's a Flame/Harley with some Dalmation spotting. Very pretty gecko either way.

Borderline Harley/Flame. Like I said it could go either way at that point. A Harley is a more pronounced version of a flame with more pattern on the upper laterals and on the limbs. I guess if the pattern from the lower lateral crosses into the upper lateral even a bit, you could say Harley. Now there is a difference between Extreme Harley's and Flames. I'm sure Anthony has that Alpha Red listed as a Harley but it's not an extreme.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I've seen an extreme harley, the pattern goes way higher and the limbs have alot more pattern.

I found this.

According to this and looking at your gecko, it would technically be a Harley. Your gecko does have some pattern on it's limbs and it has some pattern on the upper lateral :)

This page also explains Flame vs Harley. I guess I just consider an extreme harley to be what I envision as a Harley.

Nate, I linked to that in this thread already!:D

That was the guide I used to led me to believe she/he has a harley crested.

Thanks, I have a trio breeding for me already, then I have her and a nice tiger male. I'm gonna put her with the tiger soon as I feel they are ready:main_thumbsup: I'll post some pics of the tiger later. The hatchling in my avatar is one of four that hatched weekend before last. That little fella opened up his mouth soon as I opened the container I keep my eggs in.

No problem. It got me to look over the morphs again :) You have a great looking gecko there. Any plans to breed her?
