Could also be a Diablo Blanko but with out knowing the parents I would dough that it's that. Mostly likely a blizzard

It's not a diablo blanco. Diablo blancos are whiter with solid red eyes. It is either a blizzard or a murphy's patternless.

He has blue on top of his eye lids too

That's just his eyeballs showing through the lids. It tends to happen in geckos with little pigment.
