Mouth Rot?

I have a little girl from a pet store, just bought a few days ago by someone as a birthday present for me. I had posted pictures of the girl when someone noticed possible mouth rot. I got her out of her cage, touched the area a bit with my fingernail and then gave it a quick, light scrape to make sure it wasn't stuck shed (and got a good, HARD bite for my efforts). It indeed was not, and is quite "stuck" on her, if not part of her skin now.

I also noticed the start of a bit of brown on the other side of her jaw.

There's the pics.

Also, what is a good way to get stuck shed off the toes of a gecko who squirms, wriggles, and bites?

It does look like something is up with her jaw, I would get the vet to check her out asap.
Also for stuck shed, wet a cottenbud, and gently roll it on the skin to get it damp.
Then use other end to try and gently rub it off while holding the gecko in your hand, just be careful not to stress her out too much while doing it.
