Can I house my leopard gecko with a fat-tail? is there a way that I could even out the humidity, say, to 50% or 60%?

They need different set-ups, fat-tails need much more humidity. Fat-tails tend to be "buggy," that is, have parasites, so no need to expose your leo to that. Then there is the old and very true adage that mixing geckos is a bad idea. ;) To keep them both optimally healthy house them separately.
