My ATF named Spike, though I do believe her to be...female...
Aptly named for her mellow and sometimes entertaining personality and in reference to 'the land before time' movie spike is definetly mellow; eat sleep wander.
the second picture shows her digging a hole under her back cave and to the glass.:main_laugh:

i LOVE how she did that, it was amazing. unfortunately it has since collapsed, now with her in it of course, i think i want to rebuild that hill so she can do it again.

thats the risk with substrates which, once dry are dusty. Be careful with that, you wouldn't want your gecko suffocate. I remember when having nephrurus in the past on red sand, it actually dried up and became hard like stone and didn't collapse, maybe that would be safer?

that would make sense what with the sand. in all honesty, she did a great job, it was stable...but when she wasn't in there one day i guess my own curiosity got the better of me...my fault oops
