My albino lost her tail.

She was white when I came home she was going to shed so I checked on her and I noticed she lost her tail completely. I used bacterial soap on it. I don't know what do from here I never had a problem like this. Please help me out. She is in a cage by herself.

She may have lost her tail when her shed got stuck on it and she tried to get it off. Her trying to get the shed off could have scared her enough to drop the tail. Then after if you dont find the tail she may have eaten it which is fine. From now on I would soak her right before she sheds then let her shed on her own.
