my crested gecko won't let me hold him anymore

i've had my crested gecko for just over two months, and for the first month and a half he has always been very glad for me to handle him. But ever since then i will try to handle him but he will refuse and continue to jump back into his enclosure. i try not to force him in anyway in fear of him loosing his tail or feeling threatened but one of the main reasons i got a crested gecko is for handleing them, whats hould i do to let me hold him again?

I don't think any reptile enjoys being held , they just tolerate it . Maybe if he was a baby he entered adult hood and became more agressive.

I think you should keep holding him tough love keep doing it he well learn to stop and let you hold him imo.
