I ordered some Phoenix worms in late September from the Phoenix Worm Store. Our leo isn't crazy about them (he's a cricket lover...) but he eats some of them. Sometimes I have to take a few out of the bowl so he sees them crawling around.
What I am impressed about is how long they last! We still have a third or half left after six weeks and they're still OK; mostly black now. A couple have even made it to adult black soldier flies -- Smiley got a kick out of those things, staring at them for a couple of seconds before snapping them up.
The flies are kinda ominous looking -- wasp-like -- but I looked 'em up and they are harmless. No bite, no sting, no diseases.
