My female breeder mouse seems to have a hurt hand.

My female breeder mouse seems to have a hurt hand. She will not take her other paw off of her right paw. I can see a slight red mark but am unsure about anything. I try to get a better look but she wont stand still. How can I hold her so I can get a good look at her paw.
