OMG I am so incredibly stoked!!!
I can't even think of a clever headline.
'Drake and Tango are Parents' ...nope.
'Happy Boxing Day' ...maybe...nope.
GAH...enjoy!
(I'm not sure if it's tangerine or normal since it has one parent of each. I incubated at 86F. I don't really care what it is, it's healthy, it's adorable!!)

I love the light spot and the dark spot...I know it won't keep them, but oh, I am so beside myself with joy!!

Thanks everyone!
I wasn't expecting anyone to hatch for another two weeks...what an awesome surprise!

Tyler, congrats on your babies, too! Do you have recent photos?
Do they look different now?

Well, my second hatchling entered the world today, but I'm afraid to disturb it with photos until the yolk sac falls off all the way...this egg was slightly smaller...so is the hatchling. I almost wasn't sure if it was okay at first, I thought the yolk was its guts or something. I put it on wet paper towels and back in the incubator. On my second check, the little one seemed to be trailing the yolk all over the place (*phew* it wasn't guts!), on my third check, it's been all rubbed off. I thought they were supposed to hang out and absorb it? It looks like this one has a smidge of the umbilicus attached. Is all this normal? Am I being a worrywort?

I've been kind of going through the Hatchling 'archives' here on feeding and shedding, so, here goes, wish us all luck...I'll post pictures when I think it won't freak out, maybe tomorrow, who knows...

I'm sure everyone else is nearly sick of this posting by now, but I'm so so happy! It's like Christmas never ends! Setup look okay? I'm remoistening the hide morning and night...the speckly stuff on the paper towel is bark flakes, I had a tiny log hide in the corner, but they kept going in there instead of the wet hide and I was worried about them not being able to shed, so I took it out...should I worry about the crumbs? Are the mealies too small?
