My first gecko!

So, this is my first post. And it's about my first gecko.

I got my leopard gecko from a local reptile store. I was told 'he' is an enigma. I named 'him' Miami.

I was told that he was about 6 weeks old when I got him, 2 weeks ago, which would make him about 8 weeks old. But I'm not sure, because he seems very small. He's about 4 inches long, I would say. He loves to run around and chase his crickets. He's a sweetheart, he even fell asleep in my hand when we brought him home.

Here's some pictures of him, sorry about the cruddy quality and weird lighting, his heat lamp was on.

This one is really really bad, but atleast it gives an idea of his colour.

Congrats! Im patiently waiting to find the right one! I had them all throughout my childhood. Now in my 20's I cant wait to get back into it! Trying to find a breeder on Long Island.

Thank you. And I already love it, he definitely won't be my only leo.
Today, he started shedding, it's the first time I've seen a leo shed in person. He's funny, he's been in his humid hide and keeps trying to climb up the paper towels.
