Not an albino.

It looks like a hypo (reduced spotting), possibly tangerine. You'll have to wait and see but I doubt it.

More pics... i am really very new to this and i dun really understand the terms/names used for the various morphs... But i sure hope to know what she is...

And also, can the age be estimated?

I would say more like 2 months old

hypo: 2-3 months. I have a hatchling that looks almost exactly like that and is the saqme size and hes like 3 months
