One day i was getting ready to clean out my terrarium and i was picking up the hide that she was under. The hide slipped out of my hands ,flipped over and landed on her.Later that day she went into her moisture box. I checked on her about thirty minutes later and her entire tail was laying beside her.The incident happened two days ago.She hasnt aten since. When i checked on her today it looked like she had tried to eat but she vomited. Is there anything i can do to help prevent infection of her tail,And get her to eat?

I'm not sure but I think the vomiting could be stress related. She will eat soon though, nothing to worry about it only has been about 2 days. Geckos can go a week or more without food if im right.

I think you should just let the tail heal naturally. And keep it way from mealies. I saw a post on mealies chewing on the flesh wound of the tail.

you may want to use paper towels in the humid hide if you aren't already, coco fiber and stuff like that can stick the the end of the tail and prevent healing. Other than that just kee the cage really really clean, take the poo out as soon as you find it and make sure like efx mentioned that there is no loose food in the cage.

Ok, Today I picked her up too check her out. Her abdomen is very swollen and Its kind of red like blood in the bottom half of her boodie. I also saw her lick her lips today and her tounge is very white. I Hope shes ok. She still has not ate, and her tail is still bleeding, or where it broke off.

First you might want to take it to the vet. Second about the tail I have heard of people using neosporin on the end of the tail so it will heal good without an infection. I hope your gecko is better soon.

her tummy looks ok to me but keep and eye on her like Chris said a trip to the vet would be a good idea but if you use anything use vaseline, neosporin is a healing agent and Ive heard of people using it and the tail not regenerating properly due to the skin healing too fast for the regeneration to complete itself.

they heal on their own, just keep it clean, you really don't need to use anything and even vaseline or neosporin will make any piece of link, poo or dirt stick to the tail becuase both are very sticky.
