My Leo dropped a bit of its tail?

I posted a forum not too long ago called "I Dropped My Leopard Gecko". To make a long story short, her tail was twitching, she thought it was a worm and she kept biting. It had some minor cuts but it eventually formed a glaze over it and was a tad wrinkled. I thought she would be fine. Today, she was shedding and just that bit of her tail fell off. I didn't see it, but I think she bit that part of the tail off because of how it looks now. Should I be worried about the rest of her tail getting infected? It is pretty nasty. :(

thats normal.
should heal up nicely fairly quick. :)
just keep the open end clean and free of debris.
its not very common for it to travel up to the rest of the tail but if you start to see the rest getting sore or starts shrivelling like the dead part the take it to the vets asap.

but im sure all will be well :)

looks like a normal dropped tail, keep Neosporin on it, if it starts to spread to the rest of the tail (as was mentioned is not common) a vet will have to remove the dead part back to healthy tissue. It seems to be a very small part of the tail and will very possibly grow back and look completely normal, good luck and keep us updated.
