Hey guys,
My 1 year ish old leo has been off food for about a week now. For some reason, he is quite excited when he see his food in his enclosure to the point of chasing but after some time when he gets close he just moved slowly and licked it at the end and moved away with disinterest. I've tried this with dubia, crickets and superworms to no success. So I tried to get myself to open his mouth gently and when it shut on the cricket and worm's butt he eventually chew and swallowed it with no resistant. He shed before this while I was taking out his hide so when I was back he shed fully except for his pre anal pores, so I made him a bath and slowly help him shed below using a q tip.
I'm quite confused towards his behavior, if someone can help me explain it would be great! My theory is that he's bored of his staple (dubia) so I gave him cricket and worms (long bored) but he just licked them off and moved somewhere else.
Cheers.
