My leo just made the strangest noise

Sooo... My leo was chilling in her humid hide just a minute ago, sleeping and being generally lazy as usual. Suddenly, she made a noise like she was clearing her throat, then licked her back leg and foot. After that, she resumed her previous chilling position, yawned, and went back to sleep. What did I just witness?

LoL. They make a variety of noises. I have too many to find where it's coming from and observe enough to connect to a specific behavior.

Her terrarium sits on my dresser next to my computer desk, so I always get to see her shenanigans whenever I'm home, lol.
