Sweet Leos- they are very pretty
If I may offer you some advice
If that is calci-sand or vita-sand or any other type of reptile sand that contains calcium and is promoted to be good for them to ingest
Please get them of of it asap
Especially that tiny baby-it is so young that it really would be much better to put him/her on paper towels and then maybe later on go with tiles or slate as a substrate
Also-are they being kept in separate tanks?
If I am mistaken on the substrate and you do have them housed in separate tanks- I apologize
I'm just trying to save you from having serious problems that often occur with that particular substrate and there is much to great a size difference to have them housed together
Big geckos have been known to eat little geckos and the little one will be very stressed with the presence of the larger one in the same tank

Very nice! And I agree with Sandy, the sand, well play sand may be OK for an adult but not juvies or babies. And there could be a food fight or accident if the 2 are together with that big of a size difference.

Unfortunately not
It looks to me like they must have got the word and renamed calci-sand or this is yet another stupid idea dreamed up by their competitors
This stuff (despite what they told you at the pet store) will build up in them over time and kill them and it does not take long in babies
I'm sorry that you had to spend so much money on something that you will need to throw out because i know the stuff ain't cheap
I would switch them to paper towels for now and you can eventually use slate or tile as a nice looking substrate
You can add decorations to make it look as you would like
If you browse the forum here and if you ask for some pics of tanks with slate and tile-I am sure that the people here would be glad to oblige you
I can't help you there- I use paper towels on all my geckos tanks
Good luck with your Leos
You have two nice looking geckos and I can tell from your posts that you only want what is best for them
Sandy
