I picked up a couple red-eyed tree froglets at a reptile expo Sunday. They are about an inch long now, so tiny! I have loved these frogs since I was a kid. I haven't named them yet, so they are currently going by Frog1 (more spots and more outgoing) and Frog2 (very few spots, shy). I haven't seen them eat yet; I bought some baby dubias for them but the roaches may not be active enough to get noticed/eaten, so I'm trying crickets tonight.

Here is my terrarium setup. I bought it off of craigslist. All the plants are live, and there's a small fountain and pool at the bottom.

The hard part is getting a good setup. Live terrariums are hard to set up. I just bought mine, which is easy but expensive. If you're going to make your own, there is a good resource below. They're beautiful if done right.

Other than that, the frogs need to be misted a couple times a day, and they need to be fed live food (baby roaches, crickets, flies, etc) dusted with calcium every couple days. There's no heating and no special lights. I've got pillbugs and millipedes in there, which clean up the organic waste (frog poo, dead bugs) and turn it into plant fertilizer, so there's no cleaning involved. Pretty easy. They're nocturnal so I don't see them up very often, so just keep that in mind if you actually want to see your frog move around. You could also go for clown treefrogs or small dart frogs in this type of setup with basically the same care.
