My new Leo won't open her eyes

I just got a new Leo today, and I've noticed that both of her eyes are almost completely shut. I do know that the people I got her from kept her in constant light, and used a heat rock with her. They also gave me a tube of Neobacimyx, but didn't say what it is used for. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

This is my first gecko, so I'm not aware of the subspecies, always been a snake guy.
She is really light colored, lots of white with a little yellow around the neck, midsection and base of the tail. Black spots all over. My guess is that she's a normal. Does that help any?

It would be best to post a picture of her so we could help you out in determining what kind of morph she is. I just ask because if she is a type of albino, then that would explain why she isnt opening her eyes- they are very sensitive to light.

I have tried to post a pic, but can't this evening. However, I am sure she is not an albino morph of any kind. I just compared her markings to those in a gecko morph ID guide and she matches the normals. I also looked up that medicine that I got with her, it says it's for bacterial infections in the eyes of cats and dogs. I don't want to use it on her just because the people I got her from were using it, as that may be the cause of the problem.

EYE PROBLEM?

IMO..from a past problem.
She has a eye infection, they used an
ointment salve, it created a film over
the eyes. That film needs removed.
The eyes probably need treated still
but with more of a lighter, milder,
liquid.
The Vet did one of mine.
Removed small eyeball caps of heavy
ointment with tweezers.....
Shocked me!
I took a photo of one he removed.
(as some persons didn't believe me)
Take care. HJ
