I was told she is an albino lemon gecko

Not quite sure what that means...lol the guy said she will keep the yellowish color to her, which is cool, her head is a very light yellow, and her tail is white.

From the few white pattern in its neck I would say its a pretty nice Patternless Albino and my guess would be a Las Vegas Albino Patty.
I´m not sure but I bet it is
