My male had another shed this week and gained even more orange on his tail and even on his boady is starting to show some orange. Does That sound Wierd to any one?
Whatever morf you pair him with thats recessive will turn out normal het ________ but I suppose you might try a carrot tail female and line breed maybe. Again I stress maybe
Another normal, or a tangerine, maybe some type of jungle. You can breed to anything, but it will all turn out pretty much heterozygous offspring. Do some more reading on genetics, then start breeding.
The more you know about genetics, the easier it is to breed the right animals together. You want to produce something people want, not something that you can't sell.
i Have one female That is high yellow. I seen a Nice Tang and a Blizzard the other day but not sure if they were male or female have to look into it. Would love to order a nice female on her just cant afford it right now with christmas and all.
I bought an unsexed hi-yellow in May. As it shed and matured, it turned into a Hi-yellow lavender female. She is now about to lay her first clutch. The male is a Hi-yellow Lavender I bought from Julie Bergman at Gecko Ranch. I named him Vince but my wife calls him a" randy little buger". My wife is from England so its a UK saying lmao.
I lost my train of thought for a few minutes lol. Anyways I don't know much about genetics and all that. I seem to be doing a good job on pattern and coloring. I will list a couple possibilities I would do. pair it with anouther Hi-yellow, pair with a hi-yellow lavendor, pair it with a tang.
