So i use like 4 big tiles ( heat mat under that ) and around all the tile i use repti carpet.
But iv heard people use all tile in there's.

What do you guys think is better the heating gradient? And for the gecko

As long as you have primarily tiles you'll be fine, they are easy to clean, no impaction risk, and they feel natural to your geckos. People use different things for filler spots, some just layer paper towels, some use repti carpet, some use smaller tile pieces Whatever works for you. Just make sure you test the floor temperature so you know they reach the proper temperatures.
