I've had my giant day gecko a little over a year now, pretty sure it's a boy. But the past few days he's been acting aggressive. Biting at us when we feed him honey, which he never did before. The other day, he was hiding in a tree thingy we have in there, and when I finally found him I swear he was dead! But a few hours later when I decided to accept this fact and get him out, he darted out from under the tree and scared the freakin crap out of me!! I fed him dusted crickets and he didn't touch them, instead he let them crawl all over him. I'm starting to wonder if he is in fact a she and "becoming a woman" so to speak. Either way the poor baby won't climb on anything, just hangs out around the bottom. I don't know what to do, the last time I saw behavior like this in one of my scaly babies, she died a few days later. As mean as s/he's being right now, I don't want to lose him/her. Please any help you guys have would be great!!! Thank you
