Some of you may have seen my post a few days ago that I needed to transport my leo during the holiday season. I solved the problem on HOW to transport him, but now I have another problem. He usually gets fed crickets (thats all he eats right now) around 9 pm. My question is, would it be better to transport him 2 times and feed him at the regular time, or transport him just once and have to feed him at very different hours. I hope that made sense and I can get your opinions. Thanks in advance.

Transport your gecko once in my opinion. This should limit the stress in moving him/her.

I'm afraid I didn't understand what you want to say. But from my (little) experience I wouldn't feed him before transporting him.

One of my geckos feels sick and vomits anytime I have to transport her in the car (lol, just like a little kid). So when I need to bring her with me I leave her about one or two days without food so she makes the trip with an empty stomach.

Same here, I have 2 geckos that will regurgitate everything they ate the prior night during short car trips (30-45min only)!

I just meant that I didn't know if it was better to move my leo multiple times so that I could keep him on the same eating schedule he as been, or limit his travel and have to feed him at random hours. But I got the answers I was looking for, so thank you to everyone.
