need help with albino

Hello,
i am asking for a friend,
he mate a bell albino male (with many spots on his body) with bllizard female (bel albinoXbllizard)
and the babies came out normal's.
and then he mate the bell albino father with one of his female babies and the babies of those two came out as brighter albino's then the father with only few spots and normal's het for albino.
here is picture of the father (in the middle) and his babies:


how you can explain this, that the babies have just few spots and they are brighter then the father?

The spotting on Bells develop as they age... Those two babies will probably look a lot like dad when they're older...

i just talk to my friend and he said that the female is 1 year old now and still no spots.
maybe he's on to something new?
