someone told me to seperate it from the rest an see if it would eat that way. i got it a 26 gallin contaner and a heat pad. i even took off the legs so it would be easyer for it to catch the crickets but the leo would not eat.then i went out an got some wax worms,he would not eat that or millworms. i put him in a warm bath an that did not help.i tried force feeding an he would not take it. but i had some of my crested geckos baby food left ower an tried it an he ate some of that.that is the only thing that it has had in its stomach in 2 weeks. so i gave it some more with calcuim and vitamin d in it then i put som choped up millworms in it an he ate it.

do you think it is a good idea.or do you have any other suggestions. please help. his tale has got so little.

Do not attempt to force feed anymore. This will only cause excessive stress on the animal, stress that your animal quite frankly cannot afford to have at this time.
How long has your gecko been separated from the others? If it has been more than a week, there is probably something more serious going on and a vet trip may be necessary, as well as a fecal exam.
With your gecko's tail girth decreasing, is it regurgitating food/shed skin? Do its hind legs appear skinnier? If so, your gecko could be suffering from an infection caused by fecal matter being ingested. The two types of fecal diseases found in Leopard Geckos are known as Cryptosporidiosis (Crypto) and Coccidiosis.
Both result from when a gecko accidentally ingests contaminated fecal matter, most likely from another gecko. This can be caused by unsanitary cage conditions or crickets left roaming in the cage that feed on the geckos' feces. Crypto is a serious disease caused by tiny protozoan parasites that take over the digestive lining. It is almost always fatal. One must not assume, however, that just because a gecko's tail is getting thinner, that they have Crypto, but regurgitation of partially digested insects/etc may suggest it.
Coccidiosis is another disease caused by ingested fecal matter. Its symptoms are similar to Crypto, and a fecal exam is usually required to spot the differences and successfully diagnose the disease. It can be treated, and is usually not as serious as Crypto, but nevertheless, it is still a dangerous disease.

Having dealt with crypto myself last year (thanks to a chainstore who had infected geckos. *sigh*) it is a nightmare to deal with. Best option is to get your little one to a vet and have a fecal done asap. Hopefully they can figure out what is going on and hopfully it isn't anything too serious. As a precation I would probably seperate the others if you have the ability to so you can moniter their behavior as well. If one is sick, you might have other issues on your hands and might not know it yet. At least this way you can yet them seperated and get samples for seperate fecals and have them all tested since they were all in together. It can't hurt.

Best of luck. Would never wish what we went thru on someone else.
